Cory has it all laid out with his course and training video. We wouldn’t even have been able to get everything ready just to do a shortsale without his course. It has changed our enter strategy! Before we were not sure if we would consider short sale due to all the paper work and cloud of confusion behind it, but now…no problem (so much now, we can do it in our sleep!).
Here is a question to Cory: Can we use the land trust, assignment of Beneficial Interest, trustee, etc to help with hiding our properties from public records? Is the process the same as with Short Sales?
