   Are you and your wife doing the double closing’s on your short sales? We are trying to figure out the best method of closing those types of deals. We are currently placing the property into the Family Trust and using the buyers money to fund the deals. A To B and B To C. The challenge arises from trying to put the property into the Trust. Some sellers have a difficult time with this, despite the fact that they are upside down and have no equity. Are you using the C buyers money to fund the whole deal or are you funding the A to B, then closing the C. If this is the way you are using the Option, who does the C buyer write the Purchase Contract to? I know this is a lot and probably hard to follow as these thoughts are rolling around in my head.    how are you address the realtors and then the sellers attorney when wanting to buy the house in the option contrcat ?
   im getting a ton of leads connecting with the realtors then they are killing it due to the option contrcat or the attorney kills
   help
