FreedomSoft Preston Ely Giveaway Contest
I appreciate you taking a few minutes to read this.
You probably were living under a rock if you haven’t yet heard about the new launch of Preston Ely’s FreedomSoft real estate software. This software takes all the frustrating parts of real estate investing and totally automates it. You can log into ONE place to do nearly everything required to not only BUY, but SELL property. Can you imagine that?
Think about that possibility for a minute.
Aren’t you sick and tired of having to become a technology nerd (like me) to understand how to freegggin just sit back and sell a house? And what about all this talk on Social Media like Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, LinkedIn and everything else under the sun! How are you supposed to be able to F O C U S on anything if you are constantly required to learn the new gadget or system of the day for our business?
This has got to stop and you can make that happen, but it will require you getting VERY CLEAR on your outcome. You see, I personally use FreedomSoft in MY BUSINESS for
buying and selling houses. I use it to build my BUYERS LIST and automate tedious crap jobs that used to take our team hours to complete. Of course I’m going to say good things about FreedomSoft though because I’m promoting it, right? Well, I can assure you this. I wouldn’t take the time to write this post about it if I wasn’t convinced it was a “game changer” for you.
FreedomSoft is different than any other software I have seen… period. Not just because of what it manages. After-all we all know of other real estate management systems, right? Not even because it addresses Buyers and Sellers. There are systems out on the market that do that too. No, FreedomSoft is different because it revolutionized the thought of syndication
(doing one thing and having multiple things happen at once) for Real Estate investors.
Imagine getting seventeen things done at once by pressing a button “go”! Could this really be “push button” real estate investing? It’s as close as anything I have ever seen for it.
Furthermore, it feels different when you use it. It’s completely Web 2.0 built on Ruby on Rails coding language and it has a really sexy-cool U.I. (User Interface). But perhaps the biggest reason why FreedomSoft continues to impress me is because IT IS SO FREEGGIN EASY TO USE THAT YOUR GRANDMA COOL RUN YOUR BUSINESS! I’m not even kidding.
Preston is a friend of mine. And let me tell you something right now, he is NOT technical. He has people run all those things for him because he focuses on his core strengths. So that means he got the VERY BEST (in my opinion because I know the guys that programmed FS… Revenge of the Nerds) and put them to work for over 1 year developing FreedomSoft. Go back and read that last sentence again if you didn’t just say “WOW”. They spent 52 weeks of constant development, strategizing and software coding to make CERTAIN when they launched FreedomSoft to the public EVERYTHING would go as smooth as possible. This covers: Complete Customer Service, Easy-to-Watch Training Videos, Instant Chat, Community Forum and the list goes on and on.
So… obviously if you read this far you know I’m pretty excited about FreedomSoft. Let me tell you what I did when FreedomSoft launched last week for my supporters.
1. I sent out an email from MY MAILING LIST telling them I was going to buy 2 people FreedomSoft that attended a webinar training of it.
2. The stipulation to be a candidate to win FreedomSoft was you must show 85% attentiveness during the webinar (the GotoWebinar technology allows you to pull a report for every person that joins so you can see how attentive they are; if they minimize their screen, not asking questions, computer goes off etc.)
3. I ended up buying 4 not just 2 FreedomSoft accounts for my supporters. I did this because I simply felt like I had the ability and wanted to bless two more people. That means I paid for $12, 000 (Twelve Thousand Dollars worth of FreedomSoft accounts for 4 VERY blessed people on my support list). He sold out even earlier than expected and people started emailing my office begging me to buy them a FS account. I got the saddest emails you have ever read… seriously. People were so bummed that Preston shut down FreedomSoft from any new members they actually started a riot outside his office. Not really, but it nearly got that bad. It was U-GGGG-LY.
But the news I just heard today has caused a bigger uproar than Obama’s failed “Bailout America” attempts.
Now here is what I was just told by Preston. He is launching FreedomSoft again THIS WEDNESDAY at 12:07PM EST.
He is launching it for like a day or something because of all the double orders, credit card declines blah… blah.
Here is the great news! He realized that many people wanted FreedomSoft, simply could not afford it right now. Ok Cory, you sold me on the very first email. I’ve read everything I can about FreedomSoft and I want to buy it more than any other real estate product I’ve ever bought or wanted to buy. So far my involvement in real estate has cost me nearly all of my money and time. I am just now finishing a rehab on a small commercial property in Spokane, Washington. I had a credit line suddenly cut back last year in the middle of remodeling and as a result times have been very hard but I never gave up. I kept the project afloat on a wing and a prayer and I’m pretty sure that when It’s all done I might even make a small profit. In the mean time money is extremely tight, but i am doing everything I can to figure out a way to buy this software, as I know it will make all of my future investing so much easier. This like an Easter Egg hunt, with tricks to perform to move to the next level! lol That first one has me stumped! I am currently working with seven properties/home owners and with only that few in my pipeline it feels like my head is going to explode trying to keep track of where I or my realtor partners are with each one, what needs to be done next etc. Freedom$oft, as described, sounds like an extension of Preston and Pete into my business, almost like they’ve been digitally cloned and now are on the teams of all those blessed to be using the tool in their business. I want these guys on my team too! I absolutely must get this punp primed in order to recoup the $600K I recently lost from our retirement investment account. I am confident that RE is the only avenue (that’s legal) for me to do that, and Freedom$oft is the vehicle I need to get me into the fast lane!
I detest socialism/Progressiveism, because it enlists the power of the stae to demand, at the end of a gun (power of the state is like that – it ‘wields the sword’) to force philanthropy, and in so doing it usurps, diminishes and sometimes kills off the flow of human kindness in a nation. When it springs from the heart, and not out of compulsion, it is the service of a son, not the slavish performance of one in bondage. When we are sons, it is all joy to be a servant, because our Father is a Servant of servants.

I’m so far down in the financial pit, I look up to a gasoline can, and call him “sir”! Can I afford a gallon of freek’n gasoline! Will Freedom$oft make a difference? If it is half as helpful as it’s billed to be, I’ll be buying two gallons of gasoline at a time in no time at all!
Find, analyse, fund, sell ~ all with the click of the key board? Just get me started, and there’s no stopping me! All the things that take me hours to get done, completed in a snap? A mean flipping machine! I have some underemployed brothers in the church who I’ll be hiring/teaching to work with me, and lift them up financially, and encourage them in faith.
Good Morning Cory, I find it interesting that you always state, “Remember..be a servant.” In my Notary Public/Signing Agent business I always signed, “Thank you for allowing me to be of service to you.” The signing companies loved it!
I am not sure that I feel comfortable saying why you “should” buy me the FreedomSoft software. Truth of the matter, I have spent all of my life giving and being of service to others, whether in my personal life, business, or the nonprofit sector. In high school, a total stranger came up to me and said somethng to me that I will NEVER forget. She said, “You must be willing to accept with as much grace as you give.” So, I believe that my time is NOW!
As I stated before, I am NOT a lazy person and have the uncanny creative ability to produce something from nothing. FreedomSoft would allow me to do so many great things for others while pulling myself up after many years of a downturn due to unsurmountable medical bills.
I have turned so many others (youth) lives around by teaching in the performing arts, so I KNOW first hand how impactful one person can be in making a difference. I make this appeal to you, Cory – to be that person who impacts my life in a positive light – so that I can implement my dreams of community rebuilding, but also so that I can once again thrive financially. If I had the money I would not be deceptive in attempting to get something for nothing. I get by on literally pennies a day and by the end of next month (Feb) I am not sure where I will be living (I have been asked to leave). But I remain hopeful because I have seen worse times.
Dealing with a condition such as multiple sclerosis (all the fears that everyone ever has in life – that they would lose their sight, their ability to walk or their life can be said of the worse cases of MS. I have been blessed to be in remission for many years). So, you see, I am a fighter for causes, even my own.
What I plan on doing immediately with FreedomSoft in my business (just establishing a RE investing business) is utilizing the lead generation tools and what I have learned from Prestons generous information and insight about marketing and developing a niche market. I want to begin to grow an “empire” so-to-speak, The best of RE investing for social entrepreneurship. And FreedomSoft will be right there with me, realizing my dreams and goals of helping self, while helping (serving) others.

Well said. I can’t tell you how much time I spend on social network sites, posting ads in Craigslist, other frees advertising sites, proparing letters to be sent, etc. etc. etc. And then I have to remember where I saved all my data on my computer so I can find it later… and follow up?!? It’s a pain to set up a system that allows for seamless follow up without having to dig up the old files and resend all the info to get round 2, 3, etc. letters sent. If freedomsoft can do what they say it will be a tremendous time saver… nay, a life saver.

Cory I have been following you guys from the very beginning I know this is great tool for a serious user. I have been struggling on my real estate career and i know if i could have a simple system that i can use in many, i would take off in great passion. On my current situation i just can’t have the extra boost that i need. I have 4 kids a set of 13 y/o twins, an 8 yr old daughter and a 1yr old with a full time job 7P-7A. The past few months have been very difficult for me personally as well as financially. I lost my business partner and father back on Thanksgiving of last year. He was not only my Father and partner, but he was my Mentor and Hero. Since losing him a couple of months ago, my business has gone down hill fast. I have not been able to close any deals because of the great portion of work that he was doing in the business. I have been at my wits end trying to learn how to and find time to take care of an do all of the work that he used to do in our business(marketing, finding buyers & sellers, matching them together and selling the properties, etc.). While collecting data and setting foundations for my business, which included travelling through Nevada, Oregon and California, I set up a good file, holding most of the information sources, I kept this in my Mail Account on My Apple Computer. Some “forces”, took out My Mail account with over a year of Research and contacts, within my Biz Plan. I have written to Apple and also will travel to see them, but your system would certainly be appreciated, to get things back up and running, short line the next phase of this journey. I have been someone who has had to start completely over again, and the road is long…..!
Hi Cory, let me start with a little history as to why we would be a great choice. Our business is truly a family affair. I started a real estate investment business two years ago to create the life that I’ve wanted. Shortly, I was focusing on short sales as our area in Georgia has been pretty hard hit. I became so busy I had to quit my J.O.B. a year ago. My oldest daughter’s firstborn had such severe, life-threatening allergies that she had to quit her job and stay home with him after he had several episodes of stop breathing at the daycare. Living in very poor, rural TN, she finally agreed that she should work with me virtually. My second daughter was working 3-4 jobs, sometimes 18 hour days, in NYC and we still had to pay her electric bills before they shut off the heat, so now she is working with us virtually also. My son does bandit signs and clean-up for us. My youngest addresses and stuffs mailings.
Freedomsoft would make life so much easier, starting tomorrow! It would automate obtaining and tracking our leads, following up with those leads, direct mailing campaigns, checking out properties virtually and keeping track of a million and one things that suck our productive time out of our days.
We, as a famiily, are devoted to making this company a huge success and helping as many desperate and confused homeowners who are underwater on their mortgage as we can along the way. Until we get to that point, things are very, very tight in the budget with frequently empty bank accounts and we cannot afford the cost of new software. We will put in the time, blood and sweat that it takes but Freedomsoft would make the load easier.

Gifts are meant to be accepted and then shared with others. If I am a recipient of your new FreedomSoft product I would use it to get back on my feet (the economy has hit me hard also, as it has many others) and then spread the word of how this new and innovative product helped me when I thought that nothing out there really could. I would let others know just what to do to help “themselves” and not rely on the “fates” as it were to reach out to them and pull them from the brink depression and gloom. There is so much that this product can do for me and, once on my feet, so much that I can do for others (which includes getting them to buy the product for themselves). I have watched and followed Freedomsoft since the beginning but just don’t have the financial means to get the software at this time. I know that this system can help me rebuild my life so I can also accomplish my desire to help others. I pray that you would consider me to own one of this software so I can also share my blessings to others.
I’m guessing this is where I am supposed to tell my story. It’s a long drawn out story but I will give the really short version, mainly because I don’t even want to rehash the past, and there is no real joy in people feeling sorry for you. I don’t want to start feeling sorry for myself although some times I slip a little, but I get out fast when I realize what I am doing, because feeling sorry for yourself just digs you into a hole that is almost impossible to climb out of. I’ve lived there for way too long and I can’t go back, because there is no hope there. I got married 27 years ago to a man that said he wanted to love me the way I needed to be loved. A few years into the marriage he told me I needed to find another friend, that he couldn’t be my friend anymore. Those were his words. Why I didn’t leave him then I don’t know. But I didn’t. We went on to have 3 beautiful kids. Now 27 years later, after many fights and disagreements and lots of pain, he pretty much told me that he was not interested in me in the least. I decided that was enough and am moving on. I have been a homemaker for 27 years. I don’t have any marketable skills, but I know that the jobs I could get would only keep me at the poverty level and are dead end and I have more hope for myself and my family than that. I know that my only real hope for a future is to work for myself so that is what I have set out to do. About 9 months ago I signed up to learn Real Estate Investing, but because I wasn’t making money fast enough to satisfy my husband, I took a diversion to try Internet Marketing. I have since learned I am not a computer person. It is such a foreign world to me and when things screw up, try as I might, because I have no clue what I am doing, only on occasion can I get it right. So with much time wasted, I’m coming back to Real Estate. But again, I have no idea what I am doing. I have seen what freedom soft does and I do know enough to know it is impressive. I am going to get this thing at some point in time, even if I don’t win this, because I see the value in it. Unfortunately because I have invested in other programs to teach me, I’ve run out of money and have no way at this point of coming up with it. But, I don’t give up easily. And just a little note, Cory, I don’t just want the freedom soft, I want the full meal deal. I have been following Freedom $oft and all of the affiliate programs every since I received the first e-mail. I began praying at that point that I would be able to place myself in a position to get Freedom $oft in my hands. I started thinking how I could get the money to purchase it. Hello Cory! I got so excited when the price was lowered to $397 I knew on weds. I could get it. But I called to get my income tax check and I was told it wouldn’t arrive until Feb.9th. Man that made me hand my head and look straight down all last night in dissapointment. Freedom Soft would allow me to have my own company and allow me to become the best most professional Real Estate business in my city. I have wholesaled 3 houses,completed 1 short sale.Rehabed and flipped 1 house,and completed 2 Bulk Reo deals in the last 2 years. Everything in my computer is so spread out that I cannot keep up with all the important things I need to. Hi Cory, I’m sure there are going to be many deserving people and you will have a very hard time choosing 2 and if I wasn’t in this financial state right now and could pay even the $397 a month I wouldn’t try and take one of these spots depriving someone else of this opportunity. I’ve put my family in a position where my home of 19 years went into foreclosure and we have to be out by February 21st and I take full responsibility for any financial hardship my family takes. I have 2 children that are in 1st and 2nd grade. We both wanted the stay at home mom thing because it was best for the children and she volunteered at the school. Both my wife and I are looking for jobs now which my wife is close to landing one. I was a loan officer for over 6 years and when the economy went bad so did the loans. I went on to almost every Freedomsoft lanch that came my way durring the launch. I want so much to buy, but I don’t have that kind of money not even the new amount Preston is offering. All my credit cards are maxed out, because my hours at work got cut back to four hrs a week for over 8 months. I finely have more hours, but not enough to pay off my cards or to buy Freedomsoft. My husband and I are starting to get in the business of buying and selling houses or renting them out. It takes along time getting started with the bills we have to the our income ratio is keeping us from buy the house we are looking at. With Prestons program we chould find places that we can buy and sell with out money down by sellling them to other buyers. My husband and I are in our late fifties. My husband is retire from the US Navy and dissabled from things he was expose to in the military. I don’t have a text message program so I wont be able to do the text part of this. His advice helped me wholesale a deal, so I have a lot of confidence in this system he has come up with. I have started investing 2 years ago, and have done a few deals- including rehabbing a house while lugging my 2 of my children to Lowe’s and using contractors as babysitters (don’t ask)! I can completely see the value of Freedom Soft and am so eager to put it to great use. I have stuck with investing through ups and downs, desperate times and circumstances and will not quit. I have dealt with shady hard money lenders, an unsupportive spouse, deals that fell through, no car, no phone (!) and little help. If freedom soft is such a great product then why don’t the makers of the software do a 50/50 deal with people in all States and the big Counties? That way they would make a hell of a lot more money than just selling the product outright. At $4,000 times 850 comes out to $3.6 million. Most people can’t afford to pay $4,000 for software. If it actually worked and paid for itself then it would be worth buying, but that’s the big if question. And in today’s market it seems that every guru is recommending every other guru’s products.

Normally I wouldn’t be putting time and effort into something like this because if you think about it it’s a very lopsided equation. You are asking for a permanent and guaranteed piece of me in exchange for the probable likelihood of nothing from you. Ok, ok not trying to be pessimistic its just math.
But….I really could use freedomsoft in a big way so I’ll take whatever action I need to, to get it. I’ve been working full steam on real estate investing for about five months and finding it to be very challenging and overwhelming a lot of times. I’m unemployed (got laid off from job) and basically living off my little bit of savings. I stopped buying courses and other stuff because I need to save what little budget I have left for marketing. I’m just praying and staying positive that something will work out before I run out of money and that RE investing will keep me out of the rat race forever!

I would like to be a winner of FreedomSoft because, I am so freakin tired of my phone ringing off the hook with creditors calling and I really need to get rid of them. I spend most of my time helping people. (my family, friend, co-workers, etc). I have always been a person like this. I watch TV or hear about someone not having enough to do this or do that,and I say “if I had the money I would send this to Haiti or I would build a place for the Homeless, with a huge kitchen that would feed them, everyday, ran by a coordinator, but provide them with some place to stay. I would pay off my mother’s mortgage so she can at least know that she has a place to stay no matter what (it’s only 88,000) and I would teach and help others to learn what I have learned. So many dreams! I am so sick and tired of this rat race we live in, with people not helping each other. It makes me sick.
I am so tired of dodging creditors. I have been the rock in my family’s life…no one even has a desire to do anything other than a “job”. Well I had a job for 23 years and I left that job (never gain success from jobs) with the intent of being free of having to get another job…ever. Within the last 3 months I have gone from getting by to having phone blown up by bill collectors. If my mother needed my help now, I don’t know where or how I would help her now. I am 54 yrs old, have a goal to be FREE by 55. I currently have a situation with health that gives me problems with my hands and arms. However I am still functioning..no matter how much I’m hurting, because I have to still push for the sake of others who I have made a commitment to help. Some days, I can barely use my hands and arms because it’s like there frozen. It’s called PMR. I spent my mortgage payment on FreedomSoft because I felt that this is was my opportunity to get some help, and get Freedom. I am one month from Foreclosure, (I took mortgage money to pay for this) because I believe that this is my ticket to FREEDOM. I needed guidance and direction. I am literally going out of my mind. One of the other reasons I used money that I couldn’t afford to was because, of “Red PILL”. I need to be re-focused and do some soul searching.
Never the less, I have to make this work. (Sh*t) I have to get this money back. I did this because I believe in the system. It sounds good…but will I get to make money before my 30 days next payment is due????? God I hope! There are so many people that I know, need help and unless I develop true FREEDOM, I can’t help them. All of this and more, is the reason I need help. I have been working short sales for the past 7 years and because I did not have the cash to buy them I had to stick with the properties that I could wholesale quickly to a small list of local buyers. This is VERY FRUSTRATING because I only made a few thousand per deal and not very often. Because of this I have not had a closing in over 8 months and my wife is VERY FRUSTRATED with me and wants me to get a JOB!!! YUCK.
After seeing the demon of FreedomSoft the name tells it all!! OMG!!! I have sticky notes and paper files all over my office. It’s getting like an obstacle course just to get around in my office. I have a white board leaning up against my book shelves so I can see what contracts I’m working on. With FreedomSoft I will finally be able to CLEAN UP MY OFFICE!!!
FreedomSoft will FREE ME UP to run a business and not spend hours looking for a file so I can answer a question for a prospect on the status of their short sale.
Now I’m working luxury homes so when I do get a closing I’ll have enough money to last until the next closing. Now it’s a small meal (not a feast) or famine. I’m completely broke now and I can’t even pay for my internet service, I have to have my wife pay these bills in the hopes that I can make some real money.
FreedomSoft will allow me to search the MLS myself and not pay a realtor part of my profits to bring me leads. It will allow me to get comps which I now have to rely on the realtors to give me. And it will allow me to create contracts and not have to rely on realtors to do that for me. Many times I have asked for contracts from the listing agent weeks go by without a response.
And the MARKETING TO REALTORS!!!! WOW!!!!! Its looks amazing.
I will use FreedomSoft to find deals on the MLS and not have to use ‘Buyers Agent’s’ to find the deal for me and I can market directly to the listing agents. This alone will save me many thousands of dollars.
And having the capability of doing all of my marketing at the touch of a button, AMAZING!!!! I don’t have to use an assistant anymore even though I can’t afford one now. I am up very late at night trying to manage everything using Excel. Because I can’t keep enough notes on Excel I have to rely on my paper files. So when a realtor calls about a property I have to trip over all my files just to get to the one I need to see the handwritten notes on it. Because I can’t afford an assistant any more this will GREATLY IMPROVE my capability of actually managing my business instead of spending hours upon hours of managing paperwork.
And the scheduling part. VERY MUCH NEEDED!!!! I have to rely on a paper schedule book or memory to keep appointments and I have missed some because I FORGOT to look at my schedule book. With FreedomSoft always up and in front of me I can finally keep my appointments.
WOWzers!!! Being able to send multiple offers to listings in only several keystrokes. GENIUS!!!! What at time saver.
Even though I don’t do wholesaling anymore I can hire a VA to work the wholesaling part of the business again. Finding properties and cash buyers at the touch of a button. Amazing!!!

I bought into the Platinum Program of DC Fawcett and I can’t get any coaching. I’ve called, left email messages etc. and can’t get a response. I like many others simply can’t afford the up front cost to buy Freedom Soft at this time. I have a realtor in Florida that is willing to work with me on the $500,000 + short sales. However, I’m stumped as to what to do next and how to find buyers after the property is bought. I need help to get this SS program going and Freedom Soft, I think, will do it.
Maybe everyone from DC’s office and staff are at the convention in L.A. and that’s the reason I can’t get an answer. I wasn’t told that I wouldn’t be able to contact anyone during this time. I was told that if I joined the Platinum Program I could reach someone all the time. It isn’t happening.
Either way, I need FreedomSoft to launch my investing career.

Cory–You asked what I would do immediately with Freedom$oft. I’m involved in a home acquisition program where we find homes for people who would qualify for a conventional mortgage but for the fact that they have credit problems. We have investment partners who would use their credit to purchase the home, then enter into a “lease purchase” agreement with the “buyer”. The investment partner pays on the mortgage and the “buyer” pays the IP for up to three years. Within that time, the “buyer” restores their credit so that they can obtain a conventional mortgage and cash out the IP. The buyer must have steady verifiable employment, references and proof of income, the only thing they don’t need to qualify is excellent credit. The house must meet certain qualifications as to value and condition to satisfy the IP. The “buyer” gets to experience the pride and obligations of home ownership while restoring their credit.
I have buyers who qualify and are signed up, I have investment partners who are ready to participate and I have a program of credit restoration that is second to none. The missing ingredient is a steady supply of houses to make this program a success. All of the pieces are in place. It’s been difficult finding suitable properties doing it the old way. I would use Freedom$oft to locate properties that meet the criteria, make offers on those properties and to close the deals.

Cory, I have tried to help my brother and sister-in-law save their home and prevent them from suffering foreclosure of their home. I would hate to see my small niece and nephew out on the streets. I have been paying for Short Sale Riches and Fix a Flip so that my brother would be able to hold his head up high and be the bread winner for his family. However, my funds are beginning to dry out and I don’t know how much longer I will be able to continue, as I am on SS Disability. Your programs are great, but he has yet to get the program going. I’ve been trying to get into the real estate business for the past 10 years. I always get side swiped by life & children. I have been looking for had money lenders, private lenders, trying to get owner financing. I have names and numbers all over. I would be nice to be able to put all this infomation in one place and it be retreivable in an instant. Knowing when you last talked, mailed, emailed, post a link on a site would be wonderful. I’m currently a single grandmother of two, living on state income. I love the concept of Freedomsoft, but I can’t afford it. Most likely never will. I know this is the time to get into the real estate world and 2010 is the year for new possibilities for all of us. I have also been watching the lauching of the FreedomSoft program, I read every word and was saying yes, yes, until it showed the price and new, wow, can’t afford that. With this software, the income potential is limitless. Depends on how hard you want to work. I’ve beenf wanting to get into the real estate business for a long time. I do want to buy and sell houses to gain capital. But, then I want to sell them to pay off the ones I want to keep so that the come will be all profit. I see myself having one floor apartment complexes for the elderly, veterans, or even teen moms. I want to save people in foreclosure so they don’t ruin their credit or be displaced because of the economy. This software will be an asset to our business. I can see great things happening. Thanks for the opportunity……….Short and sweet my family and I built a house back in 2003. The builder turned out to be a snake and stole money and went AWOL on the project. My family and I were forced to get attorneys involved and chase this guy thru the system for over 4 years. What happens when a builder is no longer present and the subcontractors have to deal with the owner, someone they don’t know, all the deals for good pricing go out the window and you are forced to get subcontractors involved who you don’t know which equates to premium pricing. We were forced to get additional loans and max out our credit cards just to get the house to a point that we could move in. We won the lawsuit but because the builder’s company was closed down, and our beautiful legal system that is supposed to protect the innocent, we got nothing but a huge amount of debt and a house that every time I turn my head I have to look at issues that need to be corrected or fixed, not to mention water issues with every wall in the basement. We are scraping by month to month just to get food on the table for the kids and pay our bills. I would be more than happy to supply photos if necessary. Not having to pay almost $3,000.00 for FreedomSoft would greatly help me and my family’s chances to get out of debt. I can’t afford to put more money on credit or get additional loans.

Thank you so much for this opportunity. Back in 2003 my family and I built a home. The contractor turned out to be a snake. He stole money from the loan draws and went AWOL from the project. It left us alone to finish the job. When a builder is not present on a job the subcontractors either leave or hike their prices to a premium since they are now dealing direct with the home owners, whom they don’t know. You also have to find contractors to finish areas of the job and have to deal with the same pricing issues. This left us having to get attorneys involved and chase this person for over 4 years in the courts. Once we had our day in court, we were awarded a small judgement, which we never saw a dime of because the builder’s company was shut down before the trial. This left us, during and after the project construction phase, getting additional loans, maxing out our credit and exhausting our savings account. As of now we are month to month to just get food on the table and pay bills. The house still is not finished due to things done wrong or not completed. I get to see every day, the issues with this house which includes a basement with water issues in every wall, that make me sick to my stomach. I have to spend more money to get things corrected/finished. When FreedomSoft came out it looked like the solution to our problems but I did not have the means to spend $3,000.00. I waited to the last second and purchased the software because Preston offered a three payment system. Even the three payment system extremely taxing and if it were at all possible to win the opportunity for you to pay off FreedomSoft would worth more than words can explain.

Our home is on the market and we have other property to sell(11) properties. We may have our residence sold and it may be closed on shortly. I would love to have your Freedomsoft gift as I am not tech savvy and it sounds like a program that is all in one which I could learn and apply short term. I agree with Nathan that we are constantly having to learn new programs every day and have to find a way to do it all from one source in an organized manner. I would implement it immediately in my investor and real estate business with the purpose of making 2010 a year that changes my future. 2009 was a terrible year, made only a $2K commission other than other small sources of residual income. First of all, I want to thank you for the opportunity to tell my story. I have been in retail and direct sales for 35 years. The last 12 years or so, in the mattress industry. For the last several years, I was making a 6-figure income, and so I thought I would retire in the mattress industry…..
THEN THE RECESSION HIT!
My income dropped 50%, because it was based totally on commission. I had a hard time paying my bills. I realized I had to make a change to survive. I had always liked dabbling in real estate. My first exposure was to the Carleton Sheets program about 15 years ago. I purchased my first house using his system. In Jan of 2009, I realized that real estate is what I wanted to get involved in, full time. so I made a goal for myself, to get myself to 3 days a week in my retail business by Jan. 2010 and be totally out of retail and into real estate full-time by June 2010.
In Jan. 2009, I started enrolling on webinars on the internet. Any webinar I could attend, by anyone, I would try an attend. I ordered John Alexanders course, Dean Graziosi’s book, got involved with Mike Collins RehabList.com in March, started going to REI meetings, went to D.C. Fawcett’s 4 day seminar in Orlando In August, went to Paulson-Russo seminars in Mt. Laurel, N.J. (about 4 hours from my house), purchased the Cameron Dunlap course for wholesaling homes including his iFlip program, purchased Stacy Kellams course for probate deals, purchased Mark Evans/Damian LaFrananchi Done for you Deals program, purchased Terry Hale’s course for Commercial Properties, and just recently purchased Nick Cifione’s PALMS program!
I am not telling you this to impress you or have you think that I’m trying to collect real estate programs, but, rather that I am very serious about this business. I have studied each and every one of these courses. I am trying to find my niche in the real estate industry and I have tried to invest in my future any way that I can. So far, my success has been very limited. I have closed one deal, which was a short sale, in August of 2009 and made about $18,000.
At this point, my money is gone! If you know how much these courses cost above, you may start to begin to realize how serious I am about getting into this business and making money. I cannot spend another dime on real estate until I make another deal. I had 2 deals in the pipeline that were short sales, and they both went south after all the title work, mortgage broker work, and buyer work, because the person negotiating with the bank never got a written bank approval for the short sales.
As far as my goal to be down to 3 days a week in January 2010, I fell short. But I still want to be out of retail by June, and I think FreedomSoft is the way to do it, but I need your help. Thanks for your time.

Thank you very much for your blessings. As you can see, I being so enthusiastic and hopeful, would always sign on to the webinar 30-45 minutes before. The box would come up saying, “Waiting for Organizer”. I was very saddened when I did not win A FreedomSoft package, but must learn to be glad for others. I try hard to believe that when a door closes it means that something greaer is around the corner. I guess it is my mental, spiritual and emotional fortitude after so many obstacles in my life.[Loss my mom, and my sis just under me; then I was diagnosed with MS, while raising my sis' younger son; then my baby sister diagnosed with breast cancer. I fought an enduring, alternative path strugle and am glad to say that I have been in remission for many years]. So you see, I really can be happy for others. Although this FreedomSoft software would have definitely turned my life around, I still remain hopeful (No, beliveve-ful!..lol). My sense of humor surfacing (Yes, I still have maintained that through everything).
FreedomSoft would have been that pivotal point for me. I prayed about it. I am far from lazy. I stay up until 2am, even 4:30 am working, researching, helping others (business, health/healing research, educating myself, etc. I am one of those rare few who can take nothing and turn it into something so unique, innovative and beautiful.
In closing, I sit here with tears in my eyes because I could actually forsee a brighter future not just for myself and my family, but for various communities. You see, (I actually have it on paper) I have plans for an academic enrichment center (family academic, health and financial literacy); a program for arts as a healing balm for children with emotional and behavioral problems, and an innovative RE development programs for inner city revitalization (one of the other reasons I wanted to get into RE, and eventually commercial deals). Well, I didn’t mean to bore you with all of this, I guess I Just wanted to reveal my heart and pour out my thoughts to you. Trust me, this coming from someone who constantly gives of herself. (Ever wonder why those who incessantly gives – whom everyone else comes to – often have no one that they can go to?).

Young people are ruling in the realestate world. Particularly, You, Preston and Nathan. You have changed the realestate game forever. Freedom $oft is almost like a God send. The Red Pill concept is a perfect addition to what’s being whole is all about. I am certainly, one who knows the difference between old and new. I have been blessed to look forward regardless seem like all my life turning lemons into lemonade with a smile swing at all of life curves balls striking out just about all the time. But, hoping & waiting to hit a home run. Just glad to be on the team even though sitting on the bench. When I was new born infant the Doctors told my Mother I wouldn’t live for long because of the size of my head. But some how I survived. Growing up I was picked on all the time by kids that had more than me. Even, the uppity kin folk in my family who hated to acknowledge that I was of any kin to them. I was told constantly by several people I wouldn’t amount to nothing. But, I kept believing that I would make it one day. I remember in school the Teacher asked everyone what they would like to be and when he got around to me I said the President of the United States. The whole class laughed so hard that I want to cry but dared not and the Teacher said ” a Black man will never be President of a Country like America ” perhaps he said ” a small African Country”. More importantly, he suggested that I be a Truck Driver. So, the majority of my life growing up I just thought about being a Truck Driver a lot and gave up on being some one of higher importance. I’m not suggesting that a Trucker is anything lesser. This country would actually, shut down if Truckers went on strike. When I got in high school my life changed a little. I got in JROTC and stayed in it all four years. I developed a different outlook. I tried to go into the Air force and was turned down because I had weak ankles and flat feet. I went into the construction business which I hated it and worked for my Dad who paid me less than minimum wage to work for him from sun up to sundown. I felt kind of sorry for my Dad because he had only one descent working arm. I grew up all my life with kids picking at me about my Dads one arm. He had polio as a baby. I finally, had to leave my Dad and started to work for myself working up to 3 jobs at a time and things started to look better for a while. I tried realestate out after going to a Ron Legrand boot camp and made a few good deals & helped some people with getting into a house with creative financing on lease purchases. But got burned a lot for being too nice to dead beat tenants and lost over seven Houses. I got lucky and found a 4 bedroom home in forclosure from a We buy house sign on my vehicle. so, I could have all my kids move in with me. I was so glad to get the opportunity to have all my kids living with me. I gave twice what another investor offered the lady I purchased the home from. I spent $6,800 catching up the back payments to stop the forecloser sale and agreed to give additional money to her to move. I agreed to pay her in installments and allowed her to stay in the house for 2 free months. She left the house in a wreck that caused me a lot to cleanup & repair. Her oldest son had a tandrum and damaged his room on purpose. She allowed me to get down to the last $300 I owed her on a payment arrangement . to save her house out of forclosure. Played me big time and gave up on Realestate and tried other ventures and since 2oo3 I have not been able to make things work. I now, have five kids with two grand kids. My oldest Daughter is in a bad relationship being 19 with two kids by a man that’s 21 with 4 kids. She is continuing a generation curse that has plague her mothers family for 3 generations. ( Having young kids as teenagers). I really, need this program more to help her get into realestate with two kids she is doomed in a world like with live in at a such a young age. I have no degree but a lot of different work experience. I’m currently, unemployed and have been applying for several jobs where I am told I’m over qualified. I have people I have tried to borrow money from In my family & friends who easily, can stroke a check who I’ve shown this program to palying the video clips. I have even offered to put my truck up for collateral that’s (paid for ) and they insist on calling me a fool & just laugh saying I’m a fool for thinking that I can make it in realestate today with the economy the way it is. They say if I was smart I would be selling information like the people who are selling this program and others for three thousand dollars.
I have gotten a little beating up with trying to find someone to partner up with who has vision. I went to the title pawn today to try to borrow money on both my vehicles that are worth more than what I want to borrow and they said I need a job. I am not giving up and know this is the best time to get into realestate. Freedom soft have all the components to save me the time and money to survive in real estate. The red Pill formula will certainly, give me a shot in the arm with helping me sort thru some things that I desperately, need as I move forward. They are like a package. Forgive me for rambling on an on.

Thank you cory for giving people like me, who desperately need Freedomsoft but cannot afford it, a second chance at having an opportunity for a free account provided by you. I’ve read some of the posts written on this blog and there are many who express that they need the software to help others; and while I am the type that would help anyone my need for Freedomsoft has a personal nature to it. I’ve always been interested in having my own business. I always dreamed of having a life where I could spend as much time as I could with my family. The reality is I spent way too much time working at my job and at the same time trying to get a business up and running and not enough time with my family. All I wanted was to be able to provide for my family and be able to be around them to enjoy them. I spent thousands of dollars on many courses trying to find the magic pill that would free me to be with my family. The end result being that I lost not one but two houses (homes) to foreclosure. That resulted in me losing my family. I heard of all the advantages that Freedomsoft provides and believe that if I were able to utilize the system I would be able to turn my unfortunate circumstance around, and while there is no guarantee that it would bring my family back to me if it could only free my time and put me back into a positive financial position then at the very least if I could just be able to have the time to see and play with my young daughter that would mean the world to me. I also have a 96 year old father that all he wanted his whole life was to own a home of his own. If i could give that to him before he’s no longer here even if I’m not able to have a house of my own in my lifetime I would be so grateful to you and Preston for giving me the opportunity to be able to make his dream come true. My business partner and I are both in our late fifties. We have both been unemployed for quite some time; she has been unemployed for over a year and I have been unemployed for over two years. It’s not that we haven’t tried to find a job, but in this economy it is almost impossible to find one that will pay the bills.
We are now in financial crisis. She is almost out of money and has maxed out her credit cards. I have run out of money and have almost maxed out my credit cards. In two days I will have missed my third mortgage payment, so the clock will start on the foreclosure process. We are both under water on our mortgages, so selling our homes in the regular manner is not possible. Short sales might help minimize the damage to our credit, but does not solve the problem that we will have nowhere to live.
Our immediate goal is to make enough money so that we can save our homes, pay off our other debts, and make enough money so that we don’t have to waste our time looking for jobs.
Also, my parents who are in their late eighties are living in an assisted living home. They are living on a fixed income and, because expenses keep going up, they are afraid that they may run out of money and have nowhere to live. My additional goal is to be able to provide them with enough money so that they never have to worry about that again. I would also like to give them some money to go on a vacation. I can’t remember them ever going on one.
A little over a year ago my partner and I figured out that even if we found jobs, they would not provide us with financial freedom or even financial stability. We decided that real estate investing was the best way to accomplish this. We took several real estate courses from gurus before we ran out of money. We learned enough to understand the basics of real estate investing and to know that we needed to start by wholesaling properties. We quickly discovered this was not enough to start a real estate wholesaling business, especially when we learned that the banks would no longer allow assignment of contracts on REOs.
We found that most of the tools that we had been given by the gurus were of little value. For example, one guru provided a CD of sample forms and contracts. The “Agreement for Purchase” contract was 16 pages of legalese. If I were to be offered a contract like this, I wouldn’t sign it. Why would I expect anyone else to sign it?
Another thing that we discovered is that without a good marketing system, there is little chance of being successful. Most of the information provided by the gurus on the subject of marketing tends to be very general and of little value. I did find one that provided good information, but the techniques were of limited geographical scope and required too much money to implement.
We then started doing research online. What we found caused information overload and confusion. Different gurus and websites provided conflicting information or information that was impractical in our geographic location. We were also reluctant to move forward because we were unsure of what to say to buyers, sellers, Realtors, etc., and couldn’t find any practical scripts. We were afraid to make offers because we did not have contract templates that we felt would protect us and also be accepted by the other party. We did find some interesting tools but they had too many weaknesses.
One such tool enabled you to find pre-foreclosures and foreclosures throughout the country, see aerial and street-level views of the property and neighborhood, bring up information about the property, and to get comps. One weakness was that once you saved a property it went into a list, but to find it again you had to search through the whole saved list. This data could not be exported to be used in other tools or advertising campaigns. Also, the comps were provided by Zillow, which meant that the information was not very reliable.
We also got a couple of affordable real estate websites from a guru, but the data they captured was difficult to manage and could not be exported. Also, no information was provided as how to drive traffic to them. Websites without traffic are useless.
When I saw the first advertisements for Freedom$oft, I was very skeptical. We had been burned too many times and a nicely produced video doesn’t necessarily mean that the product is going to be of value. However, I was curious, so I signed up on the VIP list.
My skepticism quickly vanished when I saw the first demonstration webinar. Freedom$oft is amazing. It allows you to find pre-foreclosures, REOs, FSBOs, and more throughout the country, see aerial and street-level views of a property and the immediate neighborhood, bring up information about the property, and get comps that are reliable. It integrates with the MLS. The property data is easily integrated into the database and can also be exported. I found the forms for collecting data for contacts, buyers, and sellers to be extremely valuable, because they dynamically change the questions to ask based on the responses entered. Also, the automatic creation of contracts is a comfort and a definite timesaver.
It gets better with online marketing. A buyer website and a seller website are included with autoresponders to help stay in contact with prospects. The data collected is automatically integrated into the database. The posting of information to social media and other advertising websites with a push of a button means that I don’t have to spend the time needed to learn how to do it and to post the information manually.
I also really like that instructions on how to use Freedom$oft are built into the product. This means no more searching in another website to try to find an answer. I also like that several of Preston’s previous products are included. I always wanted to purchase his “REO Rockstar” but couldn’t afford it.
So, you can see that I am really excited about the product. The only reason that I didn’t buy it was that I didn’t have the money.
So how would my partner and I used Freedom$oft if you were to buy it for us? First, we would put all of our current contacts into the database so that they are easily accessible. Then we would look for some local REO properties to put under contract. We would no longer be afraid to make offers because we know that the contracts we are using have been proven. We would also set up our websites and start advertising properties on the buyers websites as well as blasting the information out to social media and advertising websites. Since we need quick cash and live in Orange County where most properties don’t cash flow, we would be primarily targeting rehabbers as buyers.
When we get to point where we have to enough money to do so, we would start farming out some of the work to virtual assistants. This would allow us to start working other strategies for buying and selling real estate including helping others by farming out loss mitigation and short sales. We also have several other areas of the country in which we would like to start investing. We are also interested in getting into rehabbing which would help employ contractors and their workers in the areas where we invest.
Once we take care of our immediate needs, we want to “pay it forward”. We both have met some local people at real estate seminars that we would like to help once we start having some success. We also both have some charitable causes that we would love to support with both our time and our money.

Cory, great to see this new offer. I am currently on/collecting disability. I have been since Sept. 2001. I would like to start my own business, work for myself , not only investing in real-estate ut also purchase my own home. I believe it best to start with the best and understanding Freedomsoft, it would be a great advantage on hitting the ground running. I don’t like being disabled and starting my own business, owning my support, and paying taxes once again is not only a dream, it is a responsibility. I see Freedomsoft as my key to that dream. I will get my first home with this program as well as not have financial worries as I do now. We have already lost our hopes of getting a home (been waiting for 20 yrs. due to child support taking from us), we lost our car, our possessions, in this recession, husband’s work hours cut to 25 or less per week, barely making our rent. Debts piling sky high. Through all this have always had faith. It can be done, I know. I have watched Than Merrill and Paul do many flips and thought I could do that if I had the money too. I can. I know I can, fear kept me from trying, because my friends, family and neighbors said it is not easy. I watch television as Than Merrill kept making deal after deal and I knew in my heart I could do that too. So when Preston sent me an email I knew it was my turn. I truly believe when you have faith and you wake one day, see an email, think, never heard of this guy Preston. Who is this? I open, I like what I read, then I view his videos, Wow, I am truly blown away by what he has to say, I can feel his energy just bursting out of the computer and I think to myself, why haven’t I ever heard of this person? He believes as I do. He is very excited about giving to others, I am so taken in by his achievements and his goals. Good Am. What a nice Sunday to praise the Lord! Thanks for the opportunity to get the freedomsoft for free. I know that I deserve it coz I lost all of my savings and retirement. I foreclosed 2 rental properties, and in 10 months default of my primary residence. I am also in default of $20K unsecured debts. Besides that on the 13th of Feb. WOW !! After reading all these posts, you are going to have a hard time picking the people that deserve Freedom$oft. They are so many that deserve it way more than I do. Let’s face it, we all have a broke story so I’m not even going to go there. I am so blown away by the generousity you, Preston, Pete, Nathan and the others have shared with so many. Life truly should be lived by being a servant. I think after a long search to find myself I have finally gotten it. It’s not about me, but what I can do for others. I’ve been a REALTOR for 3 years now and I have to admit that I’ve not done any investing yet. I can’t thank you enough for this opportunity. As a new real estate investor, I have learned that this business is not for the lazy and it takes hard work to get it started. In addition to having a regular 9-5 job, I do my real estate business full time, I say full time, because I send at least 6 hours a night doing real estate work. don’t have enough hours in the day to accomplish all the things I want to do.
Everyday I come home, review the leads from my website, enter them in to my lead tracking tool, go out different comp services , go to google maps to view the area, then I determine if it’s a deal or not, then print the contract, fill in the contract, sign the contract, scan the contract, up load to my email, then send it out to the seller. Repeat over again.
Oh wait I forgot, I have to setup my direct mail list and click2mail postcards for the week. Post my ads to craigslist, twitter and facebook.
As you can see I am running myself to the ground trying to run this business. This doesn’t include attending webinar and driving to see properties. Preston is right in his promo video – My wife keeps telling me when are going to close a deal that shows all your hard work is paying off. I need help !!!
So if I had the opportunity to be one of the lucky winners of a free account. I would immediately implement this tool from day one. I would replace my current websites with the built-in templates from Freedomsoft, this would allow me to review my leads within 30 mins or less everynight. Instead of the 3 hours it takes me right now. Why?!
Because leads would go directly to my Freedomsoft account, no more need to transfer to another CRM tool. The comps are built in, no need to go or pay for other comp services. I can see the target area without having to exit to google. I can send my offer from within the system. No more need to print, fill-in, sign, scan, email, fax contracts.
I can keep track of my mailing campaigns instead of trying to remember, “Did I send this out yet?”
Last, but not least I will be able to train someone to use they system, because it’s so easy. This way I can focus on closing more deals instead of the daily tasks that don’t produce me results. This tool is heaven sent and you would be giving me the push I need to get over the hump. I got the motivation and dedication to get it done. Cory, you have a tough choice ahead of you. So many good people to choose from.
My story’s not so different than most others here. My husband & I did fix & flips with our own money. Got caught with houses that wouldn’t sell. One became a short sale. One is rented for $400 less than our mortgage payment & we’re 2 months behind. We lost our own home to foreclosure.
But we are not beaten. We do whatever we can to stay afloat—temp work, remodeling, cashing out what little bit we had in IRAs… and learning everything we can about how to do real estate a smarter way.
Our plan with Freedom Soft would be this: First month get some quick cash, enough to cover at least 3 months bills, by finding properties and buyers fast. (Maybe LESS than a month with FS!). The next month do enough wholesale deals to have at least a year’s money in savings to pay for my mother’s Group Home care, so we don’t have to worry about her being well cared for. Once that’s done, we’ll visit our grandson that we haven’t seen in 2 years, determine our long term strategies to insure our continued success and start giving back on a larger scale to our community and our families.
Whether we win or not, I do know that we will not give up. It may take us a little longer to get there, but we’ll get there non the less.

Like you I believe the good Lord put us on this earth to serve others. I have a wife and two young children to nurture and feed but my current occupation does not give me the time or money to serve others like I want to. I am mired in debt and have been contemplating real estate investing for about a year now. I know you remember me, this is Sharie, you know the next state over. I have read all of these stories on your page and everyone is worthy and hurting financially it is so sad. I too being a single mom with a child toput through school and no partner am struggling and cannot afford to purchase the awesome freedomsoft product, but when I get it ( and god willing I will get it) I have myself set up to work in two states, and the foreclosures and preforclosures are easy to get they are everywhere, I have been doing as much manual work on my laptop as I can to get a buyers list inplace to get started I have followed you and preston and all of the tutorials, blogs I have a good idea how to implement the system right away, I am computer literate, I have a marketing background, a real estate background, a loan officer background and I am a professional negotiator/closer 50% to 100% closing percentage. I have great people skills. I have been selling timeshare for 15 years learned a lot there. I am prepared to unleash freedom soft and use it to close 50 houses a month through the system right away, I have located the REIA clubs and I have done my homework for weeks getting prepared to use this to change my life. You would think with all my experience I would not be so broke, but life has been hard on us all since the market Crash I lost my home and everything I owned as well. Inspite of all of that …I am focused and ready to make a difference in my life and other peoples lives as well. So I really need that free copy of Freedomsoft, If I could truly afford it myself I would not be here asking for help. But I would be willing once I get off the ground with it, to give a portion of money from my deals to a fund to help others afford it, I think that would be a great way to give my thanks for someone helping me. After reading most of these comments I understand that I may not be the most worthy applicant but what I do know is this. I have been trying to be a full time investor for the past 5 yrs., hitting roadblock after roadblock along the way, sometimes self inflicted. I will never give up no matter what because I know this is what I am meant to do. Which is to assist people that are in a touch financial situation and need to get rid if their homes and I then at the same time help others realize the American dream of owning their own homes.
I need help!! I have lost my income and know it has to happen for me NOW! or it never will. My wife and I just had our first child and I want my son to know that he can go after his dreams in life no matter what. I need to set an example for him so he can see that his father practices what he preaches. I do not want to go get another Just Over Broke. My wife is working fulltime to help support our family and I am home taking care of our son. I don’t know if you have children of your own but they take absolutely all of your time. When I heard about FS coming out I knew it was the answer to my prayers and will help make our little company a success. I simply cannot afford the system at this time I am having a hard enough time keeping our house out of foreclosure.

FREEDOMSOFT is the best thing that have hit the market and Iam praying for a chance to try it out oh yeah because I really am brocke busted and down on my luck.
Cory – I was a successful part-time investor for 2 1/2 years. Nine months ago I took the leap and left my job to do this biz full-time because I truly felt it was what I was meant to do. Since then, however, I have hit many substantial hurdles and am STRUGGLING to make ends meet every week. Hey, Cory…thanks for another opportunity, truly you guys have the heart of our Lord…”the strong shall bear the infirmities of the weak!” I too want to be in a position one day to give back, have the freedom to do what God has called me to do with out wondering how I will eat but help other to eat, wondering where will I live but help other to live, and provide for and honor my Mom, who was just diagnosed with Alzheimer, to come live and travel with me for the balance of her days. I’ve never done any real estate investing at all but I know if God is in it and I set my hand to it success is ours. I am at a crossroad in the real estate business and in life so my next steps are critical. I’m too “senior” to have employeers clamoring for my skills, knowledge and experience…they don’t consider real estate as a real job anyway. Since I don’t want to live in room and eat cat food in my golden years, the entreprenuerial path seems to be my brightest and choicest, choice. I’m motivated…What will I do to implement FreedomSoft immediately…honestly and humbly I don’t have a clue but I will absorb, learn and apply as much as I can at warp speed, with in the realm of righteousness of course, to be the best that I can be and do the best that I can. I’m not interested in being rich but deisre to richly bless others the way that you do.

I am a 44 year old who has been interested in Real Estate investing for the past 20 years but has never taken action. I think I am typical of most people who express interest, buy the books, attend a few seminars and then nothing…. “paralysis by analysis”.

I attended fix-a-flip conference in dec. where I purchased your awesome SSB program. it really is nice to have thank you. My partner and I also purchase the Than Merril system and are currently trying to get that implemented as well, having some success with building a buyers list but getting properties under contract has proven challenging. I really wish i would have waited on the Than Merril system for FreedomSoft but now I am completely out of money and cannot afford to get it. I lost my business a couple of years ago and have been trying to make it in the real estate business, some success and some failures..I know with these systems and my perserverance things will work out I just pray that you will see fit to give me the boost I need.

Wow, there are so many people with stories that are so close to mine. Then so many people already having a solid organization just needing the help to take it to the next level. So many stories, you have a tough choice ahead of you. I am sure that you will be guided to the right people to help.
I am a 50+ father of three gilrs that was given a choice at work last year; relocate to Arkansas, or lose your job. Since we are established in Texas and the idea did not make any sense we decided to remain in Texas. I believe that when one door closes another opens. I prayed that God will help me kick that new door open. I started taking Real Estate courses and quickly spent a lot of money on courses, books and CD’s. We have had our issues and I don’t need to go into the gory details. 2009 has been a rough year for us, jobwise, investmentwise, and then the loss of my mother. Having to go to Pennsylvania to help take care of her, then bury her, was the hardest thing I have ever had to do, even though she is in a better place. The financial strain that put on my family was rough.
I have since maxed out credit cards, drained IRA’s and cashed in the 401K. We have a property that we rehabbed and it has not sold yet. Again, two mortgage payments and other bills is a real strain. I could really use your help in picking me for the free copy. FreedomSoft does a lot of what we all need to help us in our businesses. I really need the help to help me get organized and free up some time to be able to share with my family and community. My goal is to be able to replace my old income, eventually get my daughters into the business and assisting the community. Habitat for Humanity is an organization I hope to be able to do more for.

I am responding to why I think you should buy me a “freedom$oft account” and what I am going to do immediately implementing it into my business….Ok here goes.
I have had financial hardship since 2003. In 2006, I started hearing about real estate investing which drew me to join a local real estate investment club. This real estate club offered a course that would teach individuals about wholesaling and generating quick cash which is excellent. Therefore, I purchased this course and begin to move forward to starting my business. I set up my small business and even got a small business loan with my mom assisting me with getting established. At the time, life looked good because I was working and finally making a pretty good income that would help me get out of the financial pit. However, that came to a halt because I lost the job that bought me to Maryland. Several months later, I landed another job but 9 months later, I lost that job.
The bottom line is this, with all of my hard work and ambition, until this day; I never made a dime in real estate. I made mistakes and misjudgments but I refuse to give up. A year and a half had gone by and I had not done a deal so I decided to go back to work. That was not easy because I could not get hired for almost a year and a half. I lost my apartment, had to sell my furniture and place everything else I owned in boxes and store them. I finally got a job 8 months ago making a little more than $20/hr. I’m grateful.
If I could afford it, I would purchase it. I would help others because that is what I do. I’m very active in my church and I understand the true meaning of “servant hood”. I’m not selfish! I love my family, friends and people. My dad was a Pastor and went home to be with Jesus in 2004. I’m next to the oldest child of 5 children and I promised my mother that I would make her life good before she leaves this earth. So far, I haven’t been able to do this and that makes me so sad. My mom has sacrificed so much for me and my brothers and sister. Her birthday is in March and she will be 79 years old. My greatest heart desire is to send her on any trip she wants to go on, fix up her house or do anything she wants by her next birthday! This would make me so happy.
I currently reside in Maryland away from my family who lives in Massachusetts. I’ve never owned a home and currently live with a couple occupying their basement bedroom until I can get back on my feet. Being an independent business owner, making good money could afford me to help my family, my church, my friends and me.

Just wanted to add to my already “very long” comment made previously. One of the reasons that I continued to listen to Corey in this business is he stands for “integrity”. His generosity is an added touch to his character.
If you are not passionate about your business and just in it for the money, chances are, you will probably not get too far. Look at Corey as an example. Whether or not I receive the Freedom $oftware, I will continue to be a giver. I contribute tithes and offering to my local church and believe my situation could be worst if I didn’t. “St Luke 6:38 says Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. I could write for an hour on my financial situation, but you’ve already got a huge amount of stuff to read on here. Suffice it to say that things are pretty grim right now.
I have been following Freedom$oft since first hearing of it in early December, as well as all of your emails about it. I really hoped I could get a copy of it, but I literally don’t have the money for it…even to put on a credit card to pay later.
I am brand new to real estate investing, and am trying to put all of the pieces of the information and education I’ve received so far together so I know how and where to start. So I’m not sure I can contribute much in regards to your other blog posts…but I’ll see.

I think you should give one of those systems to folks that seem like action takers tat will actually use it as a means to achieve their objectives. I feel I epitomize this type of person and will unequivocally and without exception succeed. Once I do I willshow/share my results to you and to Preston and the rest of the FS community. I don’t expect you to make your decision based purely on current the receivers current situation but it might be a tie breaker if it becomes a tough decision for you. Here’s my story currently: I broke my neck and back and am currently out of work. I’ve had surgery and am going through physical therapy. I get through it by focusing on succeeding in my Real estate business and how FS will allow me to do more and earn more. One of the many things I will implement is using the marketing syndication wizard in FS to move the properties I get under contract using the system to both find leads by using the FS marketing content and the instant lead system it has. I’m still working with the system to learn how to use it and work through the parts that have bugs that need to be worked out with Pete the ninja, his programmers and the support community working cooperatively to accomplish that. Needlesss to say I still don’t have a deal done yet but I’ve got my eye on the prize. It would be a tremendous blessing to get this paid for so I could use any extra money I have right now and in the weeks to come to get my card paid off so i’m not paying 19% and basically paying out enough to get 3 or more of these systems with the added interest added to the principle. Getting a free account would allow me to focus on my real estate business by spending more time finding deals and selling them and leverage FS and its awesome features to the fullest while expediting the hourly employee busy work and act to seek duties that pay me what I’m worth with a millionaire mentality . I very much want the freedom soft material and I, like many others above cannot either afford it, nor afford not to get it. I am just scratching my way through the maze of investing. I have made a serious choice for the year of 2010 that this will be the year to change my financial future. I can see my mindset changing. I know that I will make it happen some way or another. I was on a fast for the first 21 days of this year and seeking God for guidance and direction for my finances. The only answer that I got was to live in the real world of what I can really afford and stop pretending that I’m better off than I am. That is really profound when I stop and think about it. We froze all credit cards, which are basically maxed out, we are not going to make purchases that are not necessary, eat out once per month, really watching our spending. Some how I know that God is really guiding me and my family to financial freedom and independence. Is it easy? No. But we will succeed and eliminate 200K in debt. So, I would love to have the resources available to utilize in real estate, but I have read several stories above and there are people who may not make it on their own, I know God is with me and He will never let me down. I pray for you to be able to hear God clearly when He tells you who to pick, I thought about hurrying to be one of the first to respond but I felt it was necessary to take the time and really give this some thought and with most big decisions I needed to pray about it. I have to add that it feels so re-leaving to know that you can hear about and talk about God plus how he’s such a big part of your life and business. One of my thoughts was, who am I to ask for such a blessing when there are other people out there that are right now struggling like I had been for close to 7 years fighting Social Security to get Disability benefits. At that time I had no real hope of ever being able to give my children anything close to a life without struggling and fear of not having food or a place to live. But then I remembered about the promise I had made to God, myself and anyone I would be able to help. I had a little money left from my lump sum payment of back benefits, that I wanted to put towards helping the homeless teens. I realized that even though every penny counts when you have a cause, I needed to look for a bigger picture. I truly needed to better my life and financial position, that’s when learning how to sell on the Internet and Real Estate investing started to become a reality. That all may sound great but in reality I’m broke, I believed too many internet sales pitches and in my hastiness to learn I spent all my money. I was able to invest into two Real Estate mentor programs that have to date given me great insight and knowledge, you ask how I would immediately implement Freedom $oft into my business. I really appreciate your belief in Freedom$oft and I agree with you. If I had the money I would buy it in a heartbeat. I have watched the demo at least 4 times all the way through. Two years ago when my small business was going great I could have purchased Freedom$oft Platinum, then diesel prices went to $5.25 a gallon, I lost my business, then a courier car was repossessed, then my Sprinter Van (I used it in my courier business) than my personal car, defaulted on my lines of credit, credit cards and bank obligations and ended up sleeping on my daughter’s floor, resulting in a series of more bad choices and almost losing my life. However through the grace of God, the love of my wife and children and listening to inspirational speakers like you my life is turning around.
It’s funny because I had given up on my dream of Real Estate and somehow got invited to a webinar you were giving through an invitation from Jeff Adams. Now my revived interest is getting in the way of a start-up business that I started just before I heard your great presentation on Short Sale Builder (which I would love to be able to purchase) I have had the beginnings of my dream before; in 1992 I owned ½ a business in Portland and was buying a ¼ of a business in Redmond, WA when I was rear-end when I had been stopped for a light. I was instantly in pain that was non-stop for the next 8 years and with the brain injury could not spell or count and had partial amnesia. So I know how to rise above with faith and God in His mercy totally restored my memory and intellect in 2000.
Who knows maybe as a pastor recently preached “I am in the right place at the right time” at this day and hour. I would really like to purchase your “Recession Riches Book” as it would be a landmark to our recovery from this trial in our life. One way or another I will come out of this recession, head held high and be able to leave an inheritance to my children’s children. I want to be a successful real estate investor. My family is non supportive, but I love em anyways. I have a decent job- which is more than a lot of people have- but even still I can barely make it from month to month. I’m in the rat race. I have 4 daughters who are approaching college age and I’m worried. I can say that this software would be pivotal in allowing me to set up the future of my family. We will loose our house soon if things don’t change and although we are backwards on our loan, it wasn’t because of normal situations of buy while the market was high. We had a totally different situation with our house that we had been paying on for fifteen years and then had to basically buy it again because of a bad situation with a real estate so called best friend. (long story)

Hello Cory. I would love to be considered for the give-away, it would help a lot of people in my community, and my church. We are growing slowly, and like all churches, it is mostly women. We are trying to have more men involved in service, which would help the young men, because we need more male leaders. But the men are preoccupied with making money and taking care of their bills, so a lot of young women and young men, are not seeing enough husbands and wifes interact in the church together. I would help change all that with the software by having those men learn how to do deals in their own backyards, and to teach their sons, and daughters, how to use automation, and still enjoy a life of Christ, still fulfilling their purpose, and to be a servant always, to all people.
Sorry to hear, My husband had a stroke 3 years ago and we are self employed with a garage door business. It have been very tuff to survive. My son and son-in law work for us but without my husband being able to run stuff, it is just hard. I hope Cory picks you as one of the giveaways.

Wow Cory….this is Sharie again…..my heart truly goes out to everyone of these people on here..I have read EVERY MESSAGE.. and each time I come here to repost I read more from where I left off….Well you obviously know that EVERYONE on here needs this and could use it! There is not a person on here that it would not help in some way or another. I believe that God will guide you on who to choose, I do feel that whoever you choose should be that true servant not only to themselves but to others and they can do that by structuring their blessings so that they can PAY IT FORWARD for it to work to help everyone. I went to a free CashGenerator seminar here last week, and the speaker/teacher showed (w/ their software there were over 300,000 foreclosures and over 87,000 pre-foreclosures here according to their software tool. Their software tool does not have what Freedomsoft has! Since I am a beginner to real estate investing, I know I need what Freedomsoft has!!

I have listened twice and read everything I found about Freedomsoft but I cannot afford it. I have spent money on other so called software but they are techie to use and require lots of time just to read what to do. My home foreclosure date was just postponed from Jan 29 we are both now without so called good jobs. I am sorry I did not think to email the first time you offered to pay, since like me you love the Lord I was sure the Lord would impress on you to include me. I process stuff slowly but when I get it; I get it. All I know is this software is me, I can actually run it and still have a life. It is like sliced bread just perfect. I borrowed $500 but is still short $2500. because I wanted the platinum truly. I tried getting so called friends who claim they want to be investors also but they are cowards they did not see the value and is afraid to take a chance. I don’t have a credit card, the IRS just took my last $700. That was in the bank go figure I know I owe would pay some day but they could not wait I guess. Wish Preston allowed like a 5 payment plan then I am sure I would have turned a couple of deals to pay back for the software sooner. So much for my venting even if you don’t read this. I feel better God is good He will continue to favor me with his Grace and you too; because you have a heart like him and that’s all its about.

PS. Because of all the features of Freedomsoft and especially the funding part there is no way I cannot change my game and become free from the journey of the broke (job). I would flip, provide affordable housing and help as many people here and internationally as I can with basic requirements needed such as water, home, etc. I already have a list of clients I just need this tool. This is my third post. My previous posts had my “woe is me” experience(s). In this post, I want to expound on the future outlook – what it is that I want to do to transform my life and to impact others’ lives. I KNOW that I am on the precipice of something significant!
How can I, one person, make a significant impact on the quality of lives – my life as well as others? By first making sure that I stand firm in my foundation. I wake up every morning, continuously adding width and depth to my life, not just length. I am a creative, innovative problem solver. (How can one who comes from a family of 7 siblings not be?) I see communities transformed! I see my skills in real estate, combined with my passion for leading others to help themselves – enabling individuals, families and communities. I create great avenues in social entrepreneurship.
Every day I awaken with enthusiasm and realize that this compelling vision IS fulfilling itself. I research and explore various avenues bringing this into fruition. I awaken early and I DO NOT lay my head down before 2:30A.M. Everyday! My life continues to have a unique purpose; I continue to deepen my love and care; I continue to create impactful moments that changes one, two and subsequently many others’ lives.

This is the most awesome system I have yet to see or hear about. I am a father of six and have been out of work since April of 2009. I have a great desire to get into the real estate business. A second chance to get in, love you guys! The moment I saw the first FS demo…where have you been all my life…it was love at first sight! Well, ok you guys are pretty great too. Really, there’s nothing like it in any area of investing. Are you serious? I DESERVE to have FREEDOMSOFT! I’ve been checking out and signing up for webinars regarding Real Estate investing for over a year and a half now. I’m excited and desparately want to quit my job and get my life back while I’m still young enough to enjoy it(I’m 35). All of the webinars and products usually at the end cost $997. For most of us average everyday going to a JOB(Just Over Broke), thats a lot cash. Hi my name is Jose and I live Corona New York.Recently got laid off from the company that I use work for which was DHL.Started back in september of 1997 for a company called Airborne Express. Atfer 8 years of hard work and loyal service towards my customers the station manager announced that a German company bought DHL and wanted to compete on a domestic scale against fedex and ups so they also Bought Airborne Express and they merge both companies. Fours years down the line they started with a massive layoffs with the agents,Couriers and supervisors.

Hello Cory. I can in all honesty tell you that winning a copy of Freedom$oft would be an absolute boost to my future! I really would Love to buy Freedom$oft but I do not have the funds to do that at the moment. I am READY to make this money issue a thing of the past… If I was to go over the entire history of the past 5 years, it would literally be a book. Maybe someday I will write it. In short, I jumped in big time in early 2005 and ended up buying 24 properties in my first year! This was with still having a full-time job, family with 4 boys, and unfortunately no real system… Fast forward to today… I have lost just about everything, however I have not lost my faith in God and I do very much believe in real estate and that THIS IS THE TIME TO BUY (And Sell for a profit). Anyway, why should I get a copy of FreedomSoft? Well, I have a few reasons. The main reason is I already have big plans on how I can help others once I have some decent cashflow. There are so mant people in need right now and I know what I can do to help them. I just need the funds to be able to do it.
My problem in getting started is I’m currently below broke, so I can’t even afford the payment plan. I have the drive, the dedication and the intelligence. I just need the chance. I’m not looking for a handout; just a hand up. If I can get that first step done, I could get so much done.

So Cory I see I messed up on my entry to win, so like my life, time for a course correction. I know you know where Seattle is and when I win Freedom$oft, I will not only be going for my dream but for my son’s dream as well. He has been going to Real Estate school and will be taking his test later this month. I have been helping him study so that is probably why I began believing that I could grab the brass er gold ring. Even if Preston put the price down to $250.00 a month I would not be able to buy it. If it was down to $150.00 a month then I might be able to pay for it. When one is working in the retail business and your hours get cut to 4 hrs or no hrs a week at one job and 23 hrs from 32 hrs a week at the other job one can not spend your money on things other then your needs. Again I don’t have text messageing, but I still would love to win the FS. I’m glad Preston is able to make those available for those who can afford to buy it at this price.

I have been working extremely hard educating myself on how to properly execute real estate opportunities for a win/win result. I’ve spent a behind load of money on course material, subscriptions, marketing and find myself way more broke than when I first got fired up about investing. Hi Cory. I love your servant attitude. I do not have a cell phone so I can’t text and I know little about blogs so I am sending you this message on this site which I think is your blog.
Coming into this new year I leave behind a decade that has been tragic and devastating for me. I lost my job at the end of 2002. I had pneumonia for 10 months in 2003. Now with a lot of debt and no income tried to make it in business on my own but the lack of funds was too much. Giving up in 2006 I started delivering pizza most nights and some days to just pay the bills and not go further into debt. Then one night in October 2008,in a bad neighborhood I was making a delivery that was a set-up and I was mugged and beaten by three young men and my money and all my ID’s were stollen. The only thing they did not do was shoot me with their gun and end it all, but I cried out to Jesus and he saved me and they fled. After 9 months of physical therapy I am now faced with a boat load of medical bills I cannot pay and am even furth in debt. So I began in 2009 to look into real estate and am now trying to learn as much as I can so I can change my financial situation and my life. I need to be able to pay back my Mom as she has been supporting me monitarially since my beating and it has put her in financial stress which I want to take away ASAP. FreedomSoft is the most amazing thing I have seen. Unfortunately, even with the low monthly installments I cannot afford it. This is my fourth post. Why I feel that you, Cory should provide me with the FreedomSoft software is so that I can egin actualizing my plans and goals of communit revitalization and social entrepreneurship that have been on paper for at least eight years. It is time to implement it!
What I plan on doing immediately with FreedomSoft in my business (just establishing a RE investing business), is utilizing the lead generation tools to build my buyer’s list, pulling traffic in and developing a market niche. This will help me sort out the lucrative deals (funds to finance my vision), while at the same time maintaining certain properties to run my various socioeconomic ventures. I read through the first 59 posts and can not spend any more time reading. My situation is not as critical as some of your readers, but I too, can not afford to pay $397 by tomorrow. My savings have been depleted from helping friends/family who have lost their jobs, just pay their bills and stay out of foreclosure. I know I probably will never be repaid, but thats OK. I am a giver, not a taker, and I’m not yet desperate, although getting closer myself.
I am rated as totally disabled by the VA due to injuries suffered during my military service which include a head injury that affects my short term memory. I like to consider myself a REI, but I am so scattered, disorganized and forgetful that I guess I may have to rethink my “career” as an investor if I can’t keep track of my work.
If I had FS, I believe that it would be the tool and “system” I need to focus on helping those in need to either keep their house or sell it and move on with their lives. My wife works for an organization that provides healthcare for the homeless, as well as other services such as housing. My goal is to help provide adequate and safe housing for that population. That where I would initially focus my effort toward if I had FS.
I know there are people more deserving than me who you may pick. But I just wanted to at least show my support for what you do to help us.

I dont know where to begin. I havent been able to get my business off the ground. I have also like many others lost my job AND in foreclosure. I am married and have a nine year old daughter. This is a bad market not for the realestate industry but as for the job market. It’s even worst then when I was laid of after 911. At that time it took my 14 months to get a job. Freedom$oft will allow me to be my own boss. It will definately allow me to have a system which will make me self dependent. I’m not looking for a get rich quick product, but I am looking for a system that is plug and play. I have alway been a giver, to charities, to those that ask whether friend or stranger. i am not going to tell you so much how i am a builder-developer in the San Diego, Ca, area, and i have lost over 14 homes, my beautiful ex wife keeps on taking me to court to ask for money that is not there, and i have spent well over 50,000 on attorneys, but i will tell you is that i am blessed to have a beautiful girlfriend a 5 years old daugher and we are having a new baby in the next 3 months.
What i will tell you also is that i am determined to make the money that i lost in half the time it took me to do it the last time.
i just opened up a short sale buying company, i actually invested in your short sale builder program which is very usuful, i just bought also the system with jeff adams with the complete websites, and created all the legal entities, as you can see i want to do it right.

I’m going to be honest. I want to get the Platinum Freedom$oft offer and I can’t afford it. I can’t afford any of the packages right now. I missed other opportunities to get a free copy because I honestly didn’t know what to write without it sounding like a “Woe is me” tale, but I’ll tell you the short end of it:
My mother went blind. She was a dentist. In New York City. Her income went from $10,000 a month to $1,498 with disability and $16 in foodstamps. She’s in foreclosure. The Commission For The Blind isn’t doing sh*t for her. I moved back to New York to help out. I still haven’t found a job yet. Time’s running out.
I’m stressed, particularly given the fact that I don’t have credit cards to live off of (which seems to be the prevailing wisdom of the day–don’t have the money? Just put it on your card and dig yourself deeper into the hole!). This is a Blessing! I can relate to everyone’s stories. I cannot blame no one but myself for the state that I’m in. I have had alot of very bad things to happen to me, yes and a lot of things that I allowed or put myself in the wrong position for these things to happen to me. And I don’t want to go into the stories. This is my fault, my own stupidity, I can’t blame no one else. My eldest son has just started taking care of two of my grandchildren adding on to his 4 children and needs help. And I should have my grandchildren back with me and I’m ashamed. I took care of them all their lives before they went back to their parents. They all need me now and not only that I want to help other children in the same situation or worst to give them a better future. I want to help stop the trafficing of children.

I’m asking for your help. I believe that, through you, Freedom$oft can be the answer to my prayers. I have been out of work since last June. I had worked for a company that downsized me after almost 15 years of service. Since I don’t have a college education, I have not had any success with finding suitable work. Recently, I opened up my home to my best friend here in Kenosha. He’s staying with me because he been diagnosed with a brain aneurysm, and it’s too late to try to deal with it using medication. I was touched by Ernie O. from NJ’s comment about supporting a Christian overnight camp. I also believe in helping children and teaching them about God. I am currently supporting three children through Compassion International (one in Bolivia, one in Columbia and one in the Dominican Republic). Though things are getting tighter with me being out of work, they are the one thing that I will not cut back on. I know that God will continue to supply my needs so that I can continue to bless these three children and more in the future.

Well things are really getting exciting….I had a Broker call me from Florida to get involved on the east coast with me for short sales and Reo’s….I feel good that Chris Mclaughlin is in Tampa and knows the Florida laws and procedures for these transactions as that will make it easier…I also know that Preston is working from coast to coast so that is so comforting to have the support and resources we need to do these deal…I am getting calls because I have a closing & negotiating reputation and I am creating my own way to get into positions to do this, and with no money!! I am talking my way into these awesome positions…I desperately need FREEDOM$OFT to assist me with this now that I am here, things are coming out of the woodwork!! I am on here from 8am to sometimes 2am in the mornings working and reading and talking, watching and learning everything I can so that I am prepared and ready to jump when my free copy is delivered to me!!! Corey, Great to hear some people in this world are charity oriented. I try my best to do the same thing. All I want to do is help other people around me be successful and happy, and I feel that by giving me the FreedomSoft program, I would be able to bless the lives of others around me. I have done ONE private real estate deal and that is it. My nerves were soo racked with fear of what to offer, the terms, paperwork, etc…. The usual fears! I did help me to move to Tennessee, however.
After many years and many “guru” courses later, I have a vast knowledge of the workings. I just have never had a lot of financial backing support, so I am afraid of the “what if’s”: what if I can’t sell the place?
What if I can’t make the payments?
What if the renters trash the house?
What if…What if…What if…What if!!!!!
I have been soo excited for the program to be released. The only issue is that I have accumulated over $15,000 of debt just trying to get my business off of the ground. Now my wife is losing faith in me and my abilities to do this. However, I have faith in the program and in my abilities to make it happen.

I’m using your Short Sale Builder and software to manage all my SS deals but need to build a solid buyers list which is the main reason for my interest in FreedomSoft.

I am going to step out and say that I deserve this..not because of anything I have done or will do, but because we are to love others, as we love ourselves. If I don’t create and make the change in myself, surely I will not be effective in furthering someone else’s situation. Putting myself last as a philosophy has shown that it has its limits. I am not a naturally re-occurring

Thanks for your generosity and big heart. I’d really love to win a FreedomSoft account because I want to help provide a better life for my wife and two kids and I know this software will be a springboard to my success.
The first thing I’d do with FreedomSoft is use it to help automate my business. Serving others is my passion and I want to help people who are facing foreclosure by providing a loan modification or helping to sell their home.
At first I thought that giving back 10% of my earnings to the homeless population was sufficient but I am now willing to give 20%. This will go directly to homeless children and their caregivers because these children need the help the most. I’d like to start a non-profit feeding the children, educating them, and providing the resources they need to eventually be able to feed themselves.

Cory I am in the mortgage business and don’t need to tell you it has been a rough couple of years. I have been two mortgage payments behind several times over the past year, late on credit cards and other payments and have never been in this situation before in my life. We have lived very frugally not eating out or doing anything other than trying to pay the necessary bills to live on. The stress has been unbelieveably off the charts for my wife and two kids! I started last year looking into doing short sales and flipping properties. I have read many books, articles, and listened to more free webinars than I can tell you. When I listened to one of your webinars a couple of months ago and then started receiving e-mails from you I could tell you were the real deal. The first thing that caught my eye being a christian was that you were one also. I read some of the material you had on one of your e-mails that referred me t o an article on the will of God and another on sanctification. These not only inspired me to look within my self and some changes I needed to make in my Christian walk but also gave me the confidence to trust you and your courses. I wanted to sign up for your short sale course but didn’t have the money so I prayed about it and asked the Lord to help when his time was right for me and if that is what he wanted me to do. About a week or so later I started getting videos from you about Freedom Soft. Then you offered to give out the short sale bonuses and your course at a huge discount. Having already done one wholesale deal and currently working on another flip in which I have done some rehab on I knew this was the answer to free up my time and spend it more wisely. Sadly I had to ask my mother in-law to put it on her credit card. Therefore, I have Freedom Soft but really don’t have the money to pay for it yet. I have borrowed money for the rehab I am doing and not done with it so I can sell it to catch up on my bills and pay for Freedom Soft or buy your short sale course. I don’t know if you are giving another one away to someone who has purchases it already or not but have fulfilled the requirements with the this letter and three blogs. I am going to use it to both do wholesale’s and short sales and the marketing aspect is the main thing I want to implement to grow and manage my business. I want to eventually get out of the mortgage business and do real esate investing full time which has been a passion of mine for a long time but was always to afraid to pull the trigger until recently. I feel God lead me to you whether I get anything for free or not and thank you already for what you have done in my life in this short time and the encouragement I have gained from you. Cory, Thank you so much for all your good work out there. I’m turning 63 in March and have to start over. Pretty much the pits. I’m able to collect Social Security but doesn’t go far. Lost all of my retirement with a bad investment. I’m in the process of getting my Real Estate license as a back up for my future but would love to be able to use the Freedomsoft software package but that’s not in the cards right now as there is absolutely no spare money. Do you think it will be available at a later date for purchase?
My goal is to be able to make a boat load of money this year. I want to be able to leave a legacy that I was able to help others out there make tons of money.

So Cory…Am trying to get my foot in the door of Real Estate mrkting. Did it over 12 years ago. 8 months ago I was injured at my job of 13 years, they fought and still are fighting the work comp case. In 8 months I lost husband, (walked out couldn’t handle the stress) idk!, had to give away my dog of 12 yrs, car repo’d, had to ask my 17yr old and grnd daughter to move in with friends(couldn’t support them) home went in foreclosure, the husband that left, well he filed taxes claimed everyone in house, I got nothing…oh did I mention that the job fired me cuz i was off work tooo long…….the moral Don’t let some corp.J.O.B. control your life and destiny. Once I was off work I immediately thought ok I’ll affiliate mrkt!! HA, Info overload…then I came across Preston some where on FB or email, doesn’t matter, I missed the first webinar…hooked up like 10 min early, couldn’t get thru the lines, anyway made it to 2 more….I want this program so bad I know I could take my life and others lives to awesome new heights…..I would be a true newbie, but I am frickin awesome when it comes to running my own company!! Hi Cory, When I read the blogs of the people that won the Freedom$oft I know where I went wrong. I didn’t tell you my whole story. I have my Daughter and her husband living with me. They moved here from Colorado. I have a son also living with me too. I am trying very hard to get into the investing business. I am learning and studying but I am having a hard time trying to put it all together. I needed the Freedom$oft to get a handle on things and get started. I am a self starter. I know I was put upon this earth to serve other people. I knew that this would be my chance. It is very hard to live and pay my bills at this time. I’m not getting much help from my kids. My Daughter’s husband works in Utah. He has to have a place to live which only leaves them enough money to pay what bills they have. My Son doesn’t have much to give. I am 75 years old. I am still and always have helped may people during my years.
If I had won I could have started my business the way I had hoped. I will just keep struggling and in the near future I will have it all put together. I am not a quitter. However I am happy for the people that did win and wish them much luck.

Okay, I am over the “shock” (somewhat) of having won the FreedomSoft Software. I cannot say that I was more deserving than others, yet I can say that I am deserving. It is not that I “felt” undeserving, but that there were so many people – those hurting financially/materially, physically, emotionally. I read their stories and heard their souls speak. I identified with their pain. My heart REALLY went out to everyone. I prayed for their deliverance from their circumstances. As I stated before, “I don’t take prayer lightly.” A man of God once told me, “You have to talk to God ‘straight-up’.”
The evening before the announcement, I prayed/meditated [prayer is talking to God, meditation is listening] – not some distant rote prayer – but a prayer of belief (I call it “knowlief”…smile). A certitude! I saw myself as having already received. Honestly! So, as I scrolled down through my e-mail and saw my name, I was overwhelmed in spirit. I fell to my knees, crying and began to give thanks.
I cannot imagine composing and offering enough words that would express my gratitude for this opportunity. This grand and gracious kindness bestowed upon me, so that I can begin to fulfill my vision for bettering communities, for transforming lives, and for mentoring youth about such unlimited possibilities. A simple, heartfelt, soul-rendering, “thank you” will have to suffice because I cannot express in words what my heart feels deeply.
I now stand at a threshold for producing works of monumental significance – not in the eyes of humanity as a whole – but in the lives of those in need. This is truly what is meant by “making a difference”. When I first learned that I was one of the recipients of the FreedomSoft giveaway, I needed a day to process all that has flooded my spirit, my heart, my mind, my thoughts, my dreams and the most honorable of visions that I have to lift myself up, so that I may help others. Hi Cory and anybody reading, I made what I believed to be safe investments in 1st trust deeds, at the time their was plenty of equity, and their still might be, however my interest only payments have stopped Property taxes are behind and my ability to sustain is at risk, I am truly trying to stay positive and don’t want to go down the tubes, with no work ,and limited income I am stuck, I hope my payments get back on track, and I can create another source of income for myself, I would have purchased freedomsoft if I had enough faith in myself, I love you guys, Preston is inspiring as are most of you guys,I wish I was in a position to take risks
