We Lost $681 billion but Where?
Zillow has come out with a report on home value decline for 2011. How do you think the numbers look?
$681 billion.
In LOST value.
They like to point out that the decline has slowed down in the last few months of the year. And you know what? Anything that can lose $681 billion must be pretty huge. So are these losses bad, worse, or alright? Consider that last year losses totally $1.1 trillion. And this year 9 markets in the country actually showed increases. So it’s all in how you look at things.
I know we’re coming up on New Years and 2012 is looking to be a tough year. But you’ve got to keep your spirits up. Look on the bright side. And make your own opportunities.
Have a great weekend!
