Where Are All The Houses?
Watch out everyone! There are less homes for sale now than there were last year.
Um, okay that may not be the scariest announcement you’ve ever heard. And there are still almost 2 million still out there. So if you’re shopping around, fear not, you’re bound to find something.
And apparently there’s no rush either – most homes sit for at least 122 days so I think you can wait till the weekend to go house hunting.
As for what this means for those of us in the real estate investing business, I think we know that 2012 is going to have its share of ups and downs. Homes will be sold but new opportunities will still come up. And I’m constantly revealing new tips that will keep you ahead of the pack.
