Isn’t the news ridiculous? We’re not even
out of 2009 and already we’re being bombarded
with predictions for next year. Let me
just finish the month! Maybe around December
time I’ll clear some space on my desk to plan
next year’s success.

saying that 2010 will be the year of
commercial real estate. That’s when
commercial property prices will hit rock
bottom.
